How do I keep my wedding bouquet after the wedding?

The recommended way to keep your bouquet when not in use is to place a plastic bag around the flowers and place in the fridge, being careful the flowers do not touch the back of the fridge and become frozen. If you do not have room in a fridge, a cold room may be used, or place ice bricks in the bottom of an esky, lay a towel over the ice bricks (so the flowers do not touch the ice bricks and freeze) place a plastic bag around the flowers, and lay down on the towel in the esky.

Where possible, the stems of a posy should be kept in a vase/container of water so the flowers can still rehydrate or if this is not possible, wrap a damp rag around the stems of a posy or teardrop so the flowers can still rehydrate, then wrap a plastic bag around the rag on the stems. If your flowers do not have stems and a handle is present, there is usually oasis (green like sponge) the flowers are placed into. Keep this sponge damp being careful not to saturate the flowers.

Optional Extras beneifits:

UV Protection Glass – eliminates 97% of the UV Ray exposure to your item. This reduces the fading of your bouquet preservation by 97%. Your bouquet preservation will fade just like your curtains, carpets and upholstery, this is a slow process that you wont notice happening, but it does happen over a long period time. The UV Protection Glass is not noticeable by the untrained eye so you will not notice the difference. It is also highly recommended by us. This is a personal preference by our customers.

Photos & Certificates – can be placed with your bouquet preservation. This can be in any extra room in the framing or in one of our bigger packages where the item is sized to suit the photo or certificate. Most feedback we receive is that this personalises the item to the owner and is another way to make your Memories Last with your bouquet preservation.

Name Plaques – your choice of silver or gold is available and you can also choose the engraving. The most popular form of engraving is names on the first line and a date on the second line, This also contributes to personalising your item and also gives the piece an obvious date in history. This is also much a personal preference, however most customers do choose this option.

Frame B Upgrade – are larger frames than our A Group selections. Larger B Group frames are recommended for larger items, however, they can also add extra dimension or bolder framing to a smaller item to make it stand out. The B Group frames are generally 60mm wide and the A Group frames are generally 40mm wide.

Deluxe Matting – your base package includes a 40-50mm front mat in once colour, The deluxe matting is a second colour 5mm wide. This adds an extra dimension to your design and can tie in additional colours of your wedding, flowers or room the bouquet preservation will hang in. You can also choose to have a silver or gold deluxe matting which can add an persona of class to your item and compliments your name plaque at the same time.

Trinkets – we can add anything else you choose to your bouquet preservation such as horseshoes, tiaras, hair or cake flowers, grooms buttonhole, tiaras, cufflinks, pens, bombonierre, invitations, place cards, hairclips.. Why place it away in the cupboard when you can have it on display to see everyday. The choice is yours.

Is the base package bouquet preservation enough or do I have to have optional extras?

The optional extras are just that, optional. Our base package bouquet preservation service has the same quality and class that we are renowned for. Our optional extras personalise the item to your specifications. Some customers choose our base packages without the extras for its simplicity which is to their taste and style and some choose it to keep to their budget. Whichever service you choose the preservation and framing process is the same standard.

Which are your most popular Design Choices?

If you go to the “Online Selections” page of our website you can see our design styles which are referenced to particular girls names. Our most popular would have to be the “Nicole and “Danielle”. Followed closely by the “Aleisha” and “Wendy”.

Can I have a custom designed item if I cannot choose one of your Design styles?

Yes, please telephone our friendly staff on 0418 743360 and a custom design will be done for you at no extra charge.
